I created the reflection of the Jefferson Monument in the above picture by turning a second copy of the picture upside down and blending many layers of texture and water. Then I took another picture and added the flowers. I used 6 images to complete the picture as you see it.
The picture in this post was created by turning the second photo upside down and adding a mask then putting a highly textured paper behind it. The yellow striped paper and elements are from http://www.scrapgirls.com. I love their products.
